  Can you send your price list?

  The products that we are best known for are our custom kitchen, bath, and closets. Each client has unique demands for material, construction, and configurations for each project, so it's hard to give away a price list covering all of our products. The best way is to contact us and send us your drawings of the project, let us know your specific requirement for the project, and make an offer that suits you.

• Design

  Does GREATWOOD charge for design service?

  Our clients are never charged for GREATWOOD design service. Once you decided to proceed with your project to us for fabrication, our accomplished professional designer will work with you until your project is designed perfectly suit for you.

• Fabrication

  What is the lead-time for the project, from start to finished?

  Our lead-time for production is about one month, but it depends on the project itself, which material needs to be used, its size, and the delivery schedule. We can have a more precise lead-time for you once we know more information about the project.

• What is the minimum order GREATWOOD can take?

  The minimum order for us to take would be one set of kitchen.

• Could GREATWOOD can offer countertops for the option?

  Of course, we have some great selected suppliers for counter-tops as an option for our client with wide ranges of material choices, such as Quartz, Granite, Marble, etc., Let us know what's material and color you would prefer; we will come up with the best solution that matches our cabinets to give you a more comprehensive idea about the whole space.

• Installation

  Could GREATWOOD offer installation service？

  Unfortunately, we cannot offer a local installation service around the world, but installation assistance will always be available through our regular communication, and we can send our technical support team to your Jobsite if needed, which is part of our after-sales service.
